The conference itself is held on 14 November 2026, within the five-day programme of 13 – 17 November 2026. Sessions are held at an auditorium in Malacca; the venue is confirmed to registered participants ahead of travel.

The ₹35,000 airfare is a budgeted figure, not a fixed price — it moves with airline availability, fare changes, baggage conditions and how late you book. Confirm the actual fare at the time of booking.
Flights may be arranged individually, but accommodation is booked with the group so that transfers and access to the venue work for everyone. Personal shopping and individual expenses are not included.

Conference-only participation is ₹14,000 — ₹19,000 with a paper, ₹17,000 with the convocation. You manage travel and accommodation yourself and join for the conference day.

There are two routes. On conference-only participation you arrange your own flights and accommodation and simply join for the conference day. On the full package the Academy coordinates everything, and travel agent details are shared with registrants.
Flights may be booked individually on either route. On the package, accommodation is booked with the group — transfers and venue access are organised around one hotel, so staying elsewhere breaks the arrangement.
