An independent expert panel
The framework is applied by a panel of experienced educators, academic leaders, education administrators, teacher educators, researchers, education technology professionals, social impact professionals and international education practitioners. Jury members disclose potential conflicts of interest, and applicants may be asked for additional evidence where necessary.
