These terms govern the use of the Global Gyaan Academy website and participation in our programmes, awards and membership schemes. By using this site or applying to any programme, you accept these terms.

Programmes and certification

Programme content, schedules, delivery mode and fees are subject to change. Certification is issued on satisfactory completion of the stated requirements, including any assignment, case-study or practicum component.

Awards and nominations

Participation in the Global Best Teachers Award carries no registration fee at any stage. Nominations must be accurate and supported by verifiable documentation. Misrepresentation will result in disqualification. The decision of the Selection Committee is final and not subject to appeal.

Membership

Lifetime Membership is a one-time enrolment. Benefits are those published at the time of enrolment and may be extended, but will not be reduced for existing members without notice.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, photography and programme materials, belongs to Global Gyaan Academy unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Academy provides its programmes in good faith and to a professional standard, but does not warrant specific career, academic or employment outcomes arising from participation.
