Information we collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily through enquiry forms, membership applications, award nominations and programme registrations. This typically includes your name, contact details, institutional affiliation and professional background. Award applications additionally collect qualification documents, identity proof and a photograph.

How we use your information

Information is used to process applications and nominations, communicate programme and award updates, coordinate memberships and partnerships, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

How award applications are stored

Documents submitted with award applications are uploaded to private, access-controlled storage. They are not publicly accessible and are used solely for verification and evaluation by the selection committee.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which countries they come from. This is measured in aggregate, to help us improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes a shortened form of your IP address; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through our forms.

You can prevent this entirely by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser’s private browsing mode. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use any part of this website, including submitting applications.

Apart from analytics, this site sets cookies only where they are needed to make it work — for example, keeping you signed in to the evaluation portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

Application records are retained for the duration of the award cycle and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Requests should be sent to the email address below and will be actioned within a reasonable period.
