Refund Policy

This policy sets out when fees paid to Global Gyaan Academy may be refunded. It applies to programme fees and membership enrolment.

Awards are free

The Global Best Teachers Award carries no registration fee at any stage, so no refund can arise in connection with a nomination. If you have been asked to pay a fee in connection with the award, it did not originate from the Academy — please report it to us.

Programme fees

Requests to withdraw from a programme made before the cohort start date are eligible for a refund less any administrative costs already incurred. Once a cohort has commenced and course materials have been released, fees are generally non-refundable.

Lifetime membership

Lifetime Membership is a one-time enrolment and is non-refundable once membership has been verified and activated. Requests made before activation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelled or rescheduled programmes

If the Academy cancels a programme, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next cohort. If a programme is rescheduled, participants may transfer or request a refund.

How to request a refund

Write to globalgyaanacademy@gmail.com with your name, the programme concerned and your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
